We are a small boutique tax practice with over 2000 clients worldwide. Our office is located at 1956 Lombard Street, San Francisco in the building in which our principal was born and raised in his early life.
Our specialty is tax preparation for individuals, LLC’s, C corporations and S corporations. We assist our clients with consultation regarding taxes, IRC code 1031 exchanges, estate planning and real estate transactions. We also develop and manage real estate in San Francisco and Hawaii.
Our staff numbers 12 employees and our office is open year-round. We employ enrolled agents and CPA’s to assist facilitation of the tax needs of our clients.
